1. What this site is

UnitDigest is a personal editorial page about a single mobile game, Wolf: The Evolution Online RPG. It is free to read, carries no advertising, sells no placements and offers no goods or services. This site is run by an individual, Declan O'Connor, at 1468 Albany Hwy, Cannington WA 6107, Australia, telephone +61 8 6150 9656.

By reading these pages you accept the conditions set out below. If you do not accept them, please close the page.

2. Editorial position

Everything on the home page that is framed as an assessment is opinion, formed by playing the game on a mid-range Android handset and writing down what happened. Session lengths, difficulty impressions and the notes in the comparison table are judgements, not measurements published by anyone else. Another player may reasonably reach a different conclusion.

Factual details such as the developer name, the store rating and the install count are taken from the public Google Play listing at the time of writing and can change without notice. Nothing here is a promise about how the game will behave on your device.

3. No affiliation

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to Google LLC, Google Play, or App Holdings, the developer of the game discussed. No payment, gift or arrangement of any kind has been received in exchange for the content of these pages. All product names and trade marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the subject being described.

4. Intellectual property

The screen captures and the application icon shown on this site remain the property of the developer and its licensors, and are reproduced here in a small size for the purpose of criticism and review. The written text, the page structure, the styling and the arrangement of the material are mine.

You may quote a short passage with a visible link back to the page it came from. Republishing a whole page, or reproducing the layout, needs written permission first. If you hold rights in one of the images and want it removed, write to me and it will be taken down promptly.

5. Acceptable use

Please use this site as an ordinary reader would. Do not attempt to interfere with the server, to probe it for weaknesses, to scrape it at a volume that degrades service for others, or to present the content as your own. There is nothing to log in to and nothing to submit, so there is no account behaviour to govern beyond that.

6. Availability and accuracy

The site is provided as a personal project and may be offline for maintenance, for a change of host, or for no reason at all. Games are updated frequently, and a description accurate on the date at the top of this page may be out of date a month later. I correct errors when they are pointed out; the fastest way to have one fixed is to write to me.

7. Disclaimer, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

To the extent permitted by law, the content of this site is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranty as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, and I am not liable for any loss arising from a decision you make on the strength of what you read here.

Nothing in these conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, being Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or under any other law that applies to you and cannot be contracted out of. Where a guarantee under that law applies and can be limited, my liability is limited to supplying the information again. The regulator for the Australian Consumer Law is the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).

8. Links to other places

This site links to the Google Play listing for the game and to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. Those destinations are run by other people, they have their own terms, and I have no control over what they publish. A link is a pointer, not an endorsement.

9. Privacy and storage

How technical details are handled is set out in the privacy statement, and what your browser stores is set out in the cookies and storage note. Both form part of these conditions.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by the law of Western Australia and the applicable law of the Commonwealth of Australia. The courts of Western Australia, and the courts entitled to hear appeals from them, have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this site, and you and I submit to that jurisdiction.

11. Raising a concern first

Before starting any formal step, please write to me with a plain description of the problem, the address of the page involved and what you would like done about it. Most concerns about a personal page are a factual correction or an image credit, and both are settled quickly by email. I will reply in writing and set out what I intend to do.

12. Changes and contact

These conditions may be revised, and the date at the top of the page will change when they are. Continuing to read the site after a revision means accepting the revised version. Questions about anything above go to notes@unitdigest.com.
